Cargo Box Recommendation for 2008 Honda CRV
Question:
I am looking at a couple of the Thule Cargo boxes to put on my 2008 CRV. I need the largest capacity possible that will still allow full access through the hatch. I already have a Thule rack system in place. HELP! Trip coming up in early June.

Road trip!!
I highly recommend the Thule Motion XT cargo box # TH629906 because it will provide you 22 cubic feet of carrying capacity and will fit round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars.
In order to be sure you have enough clearance to open to your rear hatch fully, I recommend taking a couple measurements. First, move your front crossbar as far forward as you can if possible. Next, measure from the center of the crossbar to the gap between your roof and the rear hatch. If that measurement is greater than 52 inches, then the Thule Motion XT will not interfere.
