The Reese 16K Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30047, is the most economical fitment for your 2005 Ford F150.
On your 2005 Ford F150 I would recommend the Reese 20K Select Plus Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider, # RP30084, which is the best if you do a lot of towing. It is a very smooth, no rattle hitch. The smaller 16K and 18K hitches are not as smooth as the 20K hitch.
You also need a Reese Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Brackets and Rails - Ford F-150, # RP50081-58, which is bolt on, no drilling required fitment. It is a much better fitment than the universal brackets that were used on the Reese discontinued model hitch that you have referenced.
The wiring kit you would need is the Pollak Wiring, # PK11893-11932, which plugs into the OEM harness, no splicing needed.
I am sending a link to the installation instructions on the install kit.
