Can LED and Incandescent Lights be Mixed, Used at the Same Time on a Trailer
Question:
Your expert stated since marker lights are all on the same circuit they shouldnt be mixed as the incandescent bulbs would cause the LED bulbs to draw too much current. The way I see it each light is a parallel circuit even if each one is fed off of the same hot wire to a common ground and shouldnt effect each other. Am I overlooking something?

The lights don't have voltage or amperage regulators so it could potentially be an issue. However, I am in the minority around here about whether or not it would be a problem. Most others are certain that it would not be a problem so majority rules.
I still believe that the potential for a problem is there if you mix LED and incandescent lights but it seems to work out for most people. But I would be remiss in my duties if I didn't at least mention the potential for a problem.
