Recommended Trailer Hitch For 2015 Toyota Camry
Question:
I traded in my truck for a 2015 Toyota Camry. I have a Swagman bike rack that I love, but it is set up for a 2inch receiver. I dialed in my car to see if I could get a 2inch bolt-on receiver for the Camry and it looked like the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2inch would work, except that all of the reviews for this product reference Nissan Rouges. Is there a custom fit available for the 2015 Camry?

All of the trailer hitches we offer for your 2015 Toyota Camry have 1-1/4 inch receiver openings. We do not carry a Class lll hitch that will work with your Camry.
If you decide on a Class ll hitch I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 36540. This hitch does have a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. I am not aware of a Draw-Tite Class lll hitch that is designed to fit your Camry. Depending on the weight of your bike carrier, you may be able to use an adapter like part # HTAD. Keep in mind that using any adapters in your hitch receiver will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent.
If you are interested in changing to a bike rack that will work with Class ll receivers I recommend a carrier like part # S63360. This is a Swagman 2-bike carrier that has a tilting feature for rear cargo access.
I have attached a link to our product page for the bike racks we offer that may work for you. If there is a specific style carrier you like or if you have any specific questions about any of the carriers we offer I will be glad to make some recommendations that will work for you.
