Activating Trailer Wiring 12 Volt Circuit of a 2004 Lincoln Navigator

I need to know how to activate the trailer charge line on a 2004 Lincoln Navigator that has the factory 7-way connector

Expert Reply:
If the 12 volt circuit of the 7-way on your 2004 Lincoln Navigator does not have a wire run to it then you would need to run a length of 10 gauge wire like our part # 10-1-1 through a circuit breaker # 9510 to the positive terminal of your vehicle battery.
If the wiring is present on the connector but it is not active you will need to check the trailer wiring fuses and relays in the fuse box and replace as needed. Most likely you are missing a fuse or relay.
