Question:
Dear Customer Service, Im interested in the Curt Trailer Hitch C11681. Can you please confirm that it would fit on my 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring sedan? I noticed that some of the results for my search said Excluding Hybrid... Please let me know. Thank you,

I spoke to my contact at Curt and he informed me that the Curt Hitch part # C11681 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2015 Honda Accord so it would work great on your 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid Sedan Touring.
If you're planning on using the hitch for light-duty towing purposes, I'd recommend you check the owner's manual first, to make sure Honda doesn't have any prohibitions regarding towing with a Hybrid. If they okay it, you'll also need the following to complete your towing system:
-Trailer wiring harness, part # 118596 For Incandescent taillights or # C56173 if you have LED taillights.
-Ball mount # C45521
-1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # A-80
-2 inch trailer ball, part # A-82
-Locking hitch pin, part # e98879
