If you're looking to replace an existing brake assembly like part # 23-459, you'd measure the interior diameter and depth of your brake drum. For instance, the # 8-201-9UC3-EZ drum you referred to has an inside diameter of 12 inches and a depth of 2 inches. This means you'd need a 12x2 brake assembly.

If you have a 6K axle, the # 23-458 (left side) and # 23-459 (right side) would work great. These are Nev-R-Adjust assemblies that won't need adjusting after the initial adjustment at installation.

If you have a 7K axle, use # 23-464 (left) and # 23-465 (right).

If you're not sure about the axle capacity, check the axle tube for a label or plate that lists the capacity. If there isn't one, we can usually determine the capacity by the inner and outer bearing reference numbers, if you'd care to reply with them.
