Location Of Vehicle Brake Controller Plug Under Dash On 2015 Nissan Pathfinder
Question:
I PURCHASED PRODUCTS 90195 BRAKE CONTROLLER AND PLUG IN WIRING ADAPTER 3050-P. I OWN A 2015 NISSAN PATHFINDER WITH THE TOWING PACKAGE. I CHECKED UNDER DASH AND FOUND THE DIAGNOSTIC AND ANOTHER PLUG WHICH DOES NOT APPEAR TO PLUG INTO THE WHITE END OF 3050-P. SHOULD I CONTINUE TO SEARCH FOR A HIDDEN BRAKE CONTOL UNDER DASH?

Expert Reply:
The connector that attaches to the wiring adapter, part # 3050-P on your 2015 Nissan Pathfinder should be located under the dash near the brake pedal. There should be a 6-pin connector that mates with the 3050-P.
Since you mentioned you have the factory tow package, the plug should be in the location mentioned above. If you are not able to locate the plug, you may want to check with your dealership for the plug location.
