I dont wat wires go to purple wire easyiest way to a toggle switch and 7 pole for camper

The purple wire of a 7-way is traditionally used for reverse lights and is the center pin of the connector.
If you are looking for a 12 volt circuit to use with a toggle switch you would want to use the circuit in the 1:00 position as this is traditionally the 12 volt power circuit. I attached a diagram for a 7-way plus a help article on trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
