Spare Tire Mount Bike Rack Recommendations for a 2000 Honda CR-V

I would recommend a spare tire bike rack. You could use something like Yakima SpareRide 2, part # Y02599 or the Thule Spare Me, part # TH963PRO from Thule. Both of these will fit your spare mount and can be adjusted so that the bikes are centered on the rear of the vehicle.
If you wanted to carry 3 or 4 bikes, a hitch mounted rack would be a better option for you. If you decided to go this route, you would first need to install a hitch. I would recommend the Curt Class III, part # 13314. The Swagman Titan 4-bike # S63410 would be a great choice for you..
