Thanks for sending us a picture of your 5th wheel trailer!
The 5th wheel hitch I recommend is the Curt sliding 5th wheel # C16521 because of the double jaw and a full floating 360-degree jaw to king pin contact. Having a double jaw hitch inhibits rattle and movement by securely wrapping around your trailer's king pin. It's also cushioned which provides you a smooth ride!
The gross towing weight of this Curt sliding 5th wheel hitch # C16521 is 16,000 pounds and the vertical load limit is 4,000 pounds. The slider can travel 12-inches front to back too.
The Curt custom installation rail kit # C16427-204 will include everything you need for installation. The custom brackets will mount beneath your truck bed to provide the attachment points for the 5th wheel rails.
I also included a helpful article for you to look at.
