What is the difference between Item #63155 and Item #63154?

The 20x47 Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4 inch (Class I and II Only) Trailer Hitches # 63155, required a little more assembly than the discontinued # 63154 did. Also, the # 63154 was only compatible with class II hitches, but the # 63155 can be used with class I or class II. The 63155 is the same carrier but it requires assembly, bolting together three parts.
You may also need lights for the carrier if your load blocks the vehicle lights. Use Light Kit for Draw-Tite, Tow Ready, and Rola Railed Cargo Carriers, # 20174. I have included a link to a video review of this light kit below.
