What Type of Fuel Mileage Savings will the Airaid Throttle Body Spacer # AR1002 Give my 2004 F-150
Question:
Will spacer fit 2004 f150 heritage with 4.2l v6? Engine is in perfect tune. What is reasonable mpg at 55mph with spacer? what if no increase is made? Is refund of cost given?

While I am normally very skeptical of fuel savings products like the # AR400-516 that you referenced. We had a customer come back and tell us that after monitoring their fuel mileage for the first 1,000 miles of their road trip without the # AR400-516 they noticed an additional mile per gallon on the next 1,000 miles of the trip with the # AR400-516 installed.
While we can't absolutely guarantee you will see the same result I would be very surprised if you didn't see the same results if you had a vehicle confirmed to work with the # AR400-516.
