Replacement Battery for Swift Hitch SH01 Camera - 4-Hour Battery Life

The product was easy t0 install,perfect replacement. The Swift Hitch camera (shO1)needed a new battery (PBO2).I removed two screws,one at each end of camera housing. I then slid camera out,unsoldered old battery and soldered in new one.Then I checked camera for operation and reassembled in reverse order. It took about fifteen minutes and was good to go. The part arrived quickly and packed very well.By the way this part was ordered on a holiday weekend. Finally,the best part was dealing with Joanne K. in customer service. Joanne was very helpful,courteous,knowleable and worked to make sure I received the right part. E-Trailer is my go to trailer component supplier fom now on.1664264

This dropped right into my SH01 camera. Slightly bigger than the original one, but actually used all the available space, so more capacity than before. Soldering is required, but very easy. Fast shipping, great packaging, highly recommend.389655

Bought replacement battery for my Swift Hitch camera which was no longer holding its charge
New battery was delivered very quickly and replacement was more difficult than I had anticipated with very small wires to solder but it can be carefully done
Now camera as it did when it was new718338

I had problems soldering and as a result the camera did not work. The wires are very small. I just ordered a new camera. I would hate it if someone did not under stand how hard it is to solder small wires. So I am buying a new camera. Had to specify the number code. Thus called in. Right now cause the camera does not work I have to run back to check the hitch at least three times. With the system working. One time drop the hitch and it is done. 571077

Still going strong! Just the ticket for my needs.

The battery was larger than the original and I'm assuming will be a higher capacity than the old one. With minimal soldering skills it's an easy replacement. I chose to splice into the old wires rather than mess with soldering to the circuit board. It charged well the first time and works great.297868
