I think the real problem is with the water tubing in our RV. We still use the filter as we can not be sure what water we are getting when we are in a camp ground. If you have any advice please let me know.
I would like to inform you of how good this water filter is. I installed it in my RV, and let the water run for about 3 to 5 min.. Right now my water taste as good as it ever was. I am completely satisfied with this product I would recommend it to anyone who has a problem with the water system
Thank you Ron McGrath
Now I no longer have to carry my pure water with me! Thank you.
I purchased the RV Filter system for the employees here at our wholesale nursery. It provides them with clean drinking water while working out in the sun. We change the filter on a routine schedule of every month.

etrailer was very fast with their part of the transaction.
I've used this water filter system for years and love it. I replace the filter media 2x per season. Nothing but high quality.
I plan to use this product in my RV inline water filter.Right now it is a spare until I need it.
I give it a 4 because I am still in the process of installing another filtering system. I haven't started using these new filters yet, but I give etrailer a 5 on delivery.

Check the owners manual of your RV. It should include information on how to sanitize your RV water system. Youll want to empty the water heater turn it off first and drain it. Find the drain plugs in the cold and hot water lines and the low spot in the water system and open them. Drain the water tank. Next, in a bucket pour in a quarter cup of chlorine bleach for every 15 gallons of water your tank holds. Fill the bucket the rest of the way with water and pour in tank. Fill the tank the rest of the way with clean water. Turn the water pump on, then open all the water taps until you smell bleach at each faucet. Close the taps. At this point, its beneficial to tow the trailer around for awhile to get the water sloshing around in the system. Let the bleach solution sit in the water system for about 12 hours then drain the system. Refill with fresh water and run all the faucets until you cant smell bleach anymore. You might need to flush the tank more than once.
