Beautifully manufactured piece of equipment...made in the the USA. Instructions were very clear - for an easy 4 bolt install in about 20 minutes. As covered in the instructions, the spare tire had to be lowered a bit to fit it in. I needed to use the included spacer to avoid having the receiver touch the rear fender. I used masking tape to temporarily attach the spacer to the receiver, for ease of lining up the holes. As always, the assistance during the ordering process from etrailer was exceptional. They are the best and most consumer-supportive company I have dealt with. By the way, Lexus wanted $1,200 to install this receiver, and I am certain they would have used the same part which I bought from e-trailer for $XXX!

Excellent. No issues. High quality which fits unobtrusively on the Lexus GX460.
This thing fit like a glove after I moved the spare tire to the proper position. I purchased a torque wrench and made sure to torque the bolts properly. It would be nice to have a helper hold this up while you put the bolts in. I used a screw jack and a drift pin to line it up since my wife(helper) did not want to get on the ground!
Installed on my Lexus 2017 GX 460. Hitch arrived quickly and installation was straight forward and only took fifteen minutes with one exception. The hitch did not fit to clear the bottom of plastic bumper without adding 3 spacer washers to each of the 4 bolt locations. Spacer washers (Which I purchased from local hardware store ) were placed between the Curt Hitch plate and the mount location on Lexus Frame dropping the hitch about 1/4 inch to clear the bottom of plastic bumper. The washers do not affect the hitch performance or safety in any way in my option and make a much better fit without having to cut or alter the bumper in any way. Great hitch for a much lower price than ordering from Lexus dealership! Hitch is hidden well and looks great! Going to put it to the test with a 9 hour pull south to Florida for the Holidays

The hitch has worked perfectly, looks good and does not stick out to far from bumper so no hitting your your leg when unloading items out of back of your SUV!
We are happy customers! Received the Curt Trailer hitch receiver today. It took about 10 minutes to install the product. (And 20 minutes to figure out how to slightly lower the spare tire-this GX-460 is new to me). Lowering the spare tire about 1-2 inches provided the flexibility to easily bolt up the hitch receiver. All together very quick and easy! We saved $800 by purchasing your product and installing it ourselves. Two dealer quotes each wanted over $900 to provide a hitch receiver and labor. Thank you for making this easy for us.

Solid product! All items were included to make this a quick and easy install. Recommend this product 100%. The spare tire will have to be lowered on the GX to install.
20 minute simple install on 2023 Lexus GX460
I put this on a 2014 Lexus GX and I was able to do it myself. Good instructions, very straight forward installation, you don't need to raise anything, perhaps watch couple of videos online to get comfortable. Please make sure that you have the right socket wrench. I did not have one so had to borrow one from a friend.
Fit my 23 Lexus GX460 perfectly. Works Great! Looks Great! This hitch has a quality fit and finish. Saved a lot vs having my Lexus dealership instal. I installed myself easily and it didn’t take much time to do.
Went on without any problems, flows nicely with the bumper. Looks better to me than dealer installed hitch I've seen on other GX 460s.
Fit well on ‘23 GX460. Super easy and quick install. Recommend getting a rubber cover to protect your shins/knees.
Adam was Great to work with. I ordered a different brand which was out of stock! Adam got me a better made in USA hitch in 2 days. He also saved me money on shipping! Will definitely recommend this Company! The Curt hitch fit perfect! Had to drop the spare tire and take off the bottom trim panel. Took 10 minutes to install.

Still holding up and doing Great.
I purchased this class III hitch for my 2022 Lexus GX460 because the class IV OEM hitch was on back order from Lexus. This hitch came with all necessary bolts and washers for proper spacing between the spare tire and the bumper. 15 minute install max. Would recommend.
Had a problem with first delivery parts were missing due to the P.O delivery system called& etailer promptly got another one out to me! Great service! Recommend them highly!

Fits my 2011 GX460 perfect. Install took 10 minutes. Handled 1,500 miles pulling 4,000 lbs without breaking a sweat.

Great, no problems. Very satisfied.
We're a cycling family and it works great for what I intended to do, that is to haul our bicycles using a hitch rack. The installation was easy, all the nuts and bolts fit perfect.
Straight forward and easy installation.
Works great. I use it to pull a small trailer and about 1500 pounds or mower and mulch. No issues. Good grade hardware. Works as it should
Very high quality welds and powder coat. Looks like it is built to last. Looks great on my GX. Only took 15 minutes to install. Glad I upgraded to one of these.
Very pleased with this Hitch for my GX460. Definitely need the 1/4" spacer supplied with hitch. It helps clear the plastic bumper fascia and one of the bolt holes on the GX has an obstruction behind it so without the spacer the bolt would have hit this reaching full torque. On the 2019 GX460, you also have to crank the spare tire down about an inch with the hand crank supplied in the GX tail gate tool box to get the hitch holes centered.
Hitch was damaged when arrived, no hardware was included. I sent etrailer an email describing the situation and Madeline O. suggested that I looks closer inside of the damaged box. I recommend you don’t treat your customers like idiots.

I will have our customer service team reach out to you. Often the hitch hardware is stored inside the receiver opening or taped to the hitch.
arrived in a timely manner. installed per directions that was included in the original packaging. maybe took about 10-15 minutes to install including gathering tools and positioning myself under the rear bumper. not that difficult and seems to fit perfectly. will attach my bike rack and test it out. very satisfied with my purchase.
