The product is pretty straightforward - a standard carriage bolt with not much more to it. The vendor, etrailer, offers outstanding service even for simple orders like this; but they have handled far more complex orders for me in the past and there service has always been exemplary. Their attention to detail stands out; I am a very happy customer!
I had lost one of the bolts on my Spare-me carrier, and the remaining one was very rusty. I ordered replacement knobs at the same time. These replacements fit perfectly and were exactly what I needed.
My order was fulfilled to perfection, and my only (small) complain would be the time it took for my order to be shipped.
I was missing one carriage bolt for my kayak rack, and had a hard time finding the right one. Luckily etrailer had one that was the right thread, and just a hair longer than I needed. The bolt was shipped quickly and at a reasonable cost. Thanks guys!
One of our locking knobs fell off (or otherwise went missing), so we needed a replacement. We looked all over, and then came to etrailer. They had just what we needed, and the price was great! We bought two of each of the knobs and carriage bolts. We are extremely happy with our experience on their website and with our purchase.
