Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a brief look at this Westin Replacement Hardware Kit. This is going to replace the damaged or missing hardware for your Westin Sportsman grille guard. That's the new style. And on your screen I am including the model numbers of the grille guards that this kit will work with. And this is going to include all of the hardware and the brackets that you need to successfully mount your grille guard to your vehicle.
Instructions are included to walk you through the installation process. And because this is the replacement hardware kit from Westin, you can have the confidence that this is going to work with your Sportsman grille guard new style. Took me and my friend 2 hours to put this Westin brush guard on my truck, I got the brush guard from a friend with no hardware. The brackets fit perfectly for my 2003 Chevy 2500HD.

With very little info to give them, etrailer sent a replacement kit for my grill. Even tho it wasn’t excact, with a few simple modifications I made it work and the grill functions and looks great on my truck. Thanks

- Westin Brush Guard Replacement Hardware Kit for 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HDThe reason you may be having difficulty is that the mounting hardware kits for the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-1245 are only available for the new style of grille guard. That being said, the Replacement Hardware kit for this model grille guard is # 40-124PK , but it will not work if you have one of the older models. Unfortunately we do not have the mounting hardware for the older style Westin Grille Guards.
