The rooftop tents you referred to are tents that basically attach to the roof rack of a vehicle. The crossbars of the T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH37002XT that you referenced have a 1,000 lb capacity and would easily handle the weight of a tent better than a standard roof rack.

Comparing the different Malone roof rack on wheels, you are correct in that they have similar designs with tires that can handle more weight.
Of course, attaching a rooftop tent to one of these may have some complications due to the height. Rooftop tents generally use a ladder to support part of the weight, and neither Thule nor Yakima (the manufacturers of our rooftop tents) could confirm if the ladders could be used with something so low.

I have a solution for you. If you are looking to have up to 600 pounds of total weight with a roof top tent on your 2020 Ford F-150 super crew cab, I strongly recommend using a ladder rack. While I can understand wanting to use a rooftop tent on the actual roof of your 2008 Ford F-350, the issue is that all rooftop tents, such as the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent # Y07436 requires raised side rails to use safely, and your truck does not have those rails. Other rail systems do not have the adequate strength to safely hold a rooftop tent on your F-350's roof, which could lead to it failing.

Yes, you can use a roof top tent with your 2016 Ford F-150 but you will need to first install a roof rack with crossbars for the tent to attach to like with the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA, # DK427. Once that is installed you'd be able to use a two person roof top tent but you'd need to find one that can be used on roof racks that install on naked roofs that attach to the door jambs.
