Yes! On the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer - 14-1/2' Long - 78" HD Crossbars - 500 lbs # Y08129, the upper bars with a 350lb load rating can support a roof top tent. I went ahead and attached a video that shows a tent installed on the trailer at timestamp 3:20. We also sell the trailer with the tent as part # Y08129-3727.
