We have a ceiling fan that will work great for you.
I recommend the Airrforce Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 277-000084. This is a 42 inch fan with a brushed chrome finish. This fan comes with a three speed reversible switch, and uses 120 VAC power. view full answer...
You could use a block to install the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY that you referenced but it also comes with J-hook install hardware as well for mounting. view full answer...
If you are adding a fan to your camper I would choose the East Seventeen 12V RV Ceiling fan # 344410TSDC42BNWH. This fan has 4 speeds and a 42" diameter so it will move a lot of air for you. It is the largest 12 volt, no light, fan blade we offer. With no light and the hugger-style design it doesn't hang too low either.
With this being a 12 volt fan the install won't be as difficult because most campers will already be wired with 12V in the ceiling. It comes with a wall switch to control... view full answer...
The fan motor of the 42" RV Ceiling Fan with Light Kit # 277-000115 that you referenced is not loud at all. Basically you wouldn't hear it at all. Especially with a TV on. view full answer...
Yes, the 42" Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 277-000083 that you referenced will use standard ceiling light bulbs found in your house for which there are replacement styles of these that are LED found at local stores. I converted a few at my house to LED and they are much brighter and seem to last much longer. view full answer...
You can easily replace the thermostatically controlled RV ceiling fan you have in your 1999 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 37WDS with one that does not have that feature. We have the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent part # V2094SP-28 which fits the standard 14 inch by 14 inch rough cut RV roof opening and has a fan without a thermostat. view full answer...
The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV801208 that you referenced can be used in an RV bathroom as an exhaust fan and would work extremely well since it can move 920 CFM. We've had several customers who used the vent for this application and it worked great. view full answer...
You can use a circuit tester like part # PTW2997 to test the wires that run to the switch part # 344410TSSW12V for voltage for when the switch is on and off. If the switch allows power to pass when it's on then you know it's not the switch. Next test the wiring that leads to the fan. If you find voltage making it to the fan motor then the issue is that the motor is bad. If there is no power to the fan that would indicate normally that the switch is bad or possibly a wiring issue. Also make... view full answer...
The MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent part # MA00-03851 is too large and heavy to be mounted on the side wall of a trailer. Instead, I recommend using the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent part # MA00-03810B which although is not technically supposed to be mounted on the side of a trailer either, we have seen many instances of this without issue and it will be much better suited for this than the above due to the smaller size and water resistance. view full answer...
We have a white MaxxFan vent roof with power lift and fan with the part # MA00-04751KSX which also does not have a ceiling garnish. view full answer...
The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV802250 referenced in your question will work nicely to replace the AC unit on your trailer. It is designed (like most RV vents) to fit a 14-1/4 inch x 14-1/4 inch rough opening, but will work just fine on your 14-1/2 inch opening. The 4-1/2 inch garnish that's included can also be trimmed down to better fit your 1-3/4 inch thick ceiling.
This is a really nice roof vent that features a variable-speed, 12V fan that will circulate the air in your... view full answer...
Yes, we have a wide selection of roof replacement fans and vents. I have gone ahead and provided a link to that section of our website below. I recommend the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Manual Lift - 10 Speed - Smoke item # MA00-06200K. This fan has a built-in rain shield and a manual roof vent that protects the interior of your RV or camper from rainwater. The reversible, 10-speed fan has a thermostat to regulate airflow inside your RV. The Maxxfan has a ceiling... view full answer...
Unfortunately there is no way to swap out the basic fans that come in your 2019 Cruiser RV Shadow Cruiser 193 MBS for a thermostatic controlled fan. You will need to replace the entire assembly which will entail removing the caulking and screws on the roof.
I recommend the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07000K as it is one of the only fans that will allow you to operate it during rain as well. It features a 10 speed fan that can run in either direction allowing you to ventilate your... view full answer...
What you'd want is a roof vent like the Ventline # V2092SP-28 with a taller ceiling garnish part # VA0445-37 which is 5-5/16 inches tall and can be trimmed down to a shorter length appropriate for your ceiling opening. view full answer...
In regards to ceiling fans, we only have 12VDC options like part # 324-000053, however you can still find some 120v options at other retailers. The best one for you will come down to how you use the trailer. If you are primarily using the trailer at campgrounds where you have shore power then go with the 120VAC but if you use the trailer primarily for boondocking then go with the 12VDC.
If you are trying to determine what voltage the wires you have found are, AC uses single strand and... view full answer...
My first thought on recommending a replacement for your Fantastic Vent Fan Model 8000, is the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, # MA00-06401K. This is a 4-speed fan with ceiling fan mode that circulates air when vent is closed. It is a manual opening model and has a built-in rain shield that protects the interior of your RV or camper from rainwater.
The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, # MA00-07500K is a similar model but has a thermostat and 10 speed motor if you prefer those options. view full answer...
The Way Interglobal 42 Inch Ceiling Fan # 324-000053 referenced in your question will work very nicely to upgrade the existing fan in your trailer. It has a sharp brushed nickel finish, black/oak fan blades, and a 4-speed reversible motor for a custom operation.
You should be able to wire the fan to your current wall switch, but you may want to install the included wall switch in its place. This is because the new switch will allow you to control the 4 available speeds of the fan, along... view full answer...
