Can Hugger Style Ceiling Fans Have Bulbs Replaced with LED

is it possible to get this ceiling fan and use an led bulb in it for more light

Yes, the 42" Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 277-000083 that you referenced will use standard ceiling light bulbs found in your house for which there are replacement styles of these that are LED found at local stores. I converted a few at my house to LED and they are much brighter and seem to last much longer.
