The Dana/Spicer front axle is an automotive axle manufactured component your Roadmaster Monaco could have been equipped with which the # RM-RBK6-RSSA is not compatible with. Look on the BOM Bill of Material number plate for a number that starts with 60 or 61. view full answer...
Since your 1995 Monaco Dynasty is built on a Roadmaster chassis the correct steering stabilizer is the part # RM-RBK6-RSSA according to Roadmaster. view full answer...
Yes we do have RV window covers like the # A10-1601 which measures 62 by 30 inch as well as a few other options you can see at the attached link on this page. If you have a specific size that you need let me know and I'll see if we can help.
We do not have gas charged bed lifts though. view full answer...
Is there any part number or info you can get from the steps you have? I might be able to see if there's replacement parts or come up with best replacement step solution. view full answer...
For your 2006 Roadmaster Motorhome chassis you have two options for steering stabilizers. You have the part # RM-RBK8-RSSA for if you have leaf spring suspension or you have the part # RM-RBK6-RSSA for if you have air bag suspension. view full answer...
The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 is a really great option for a standard brake controller for your 2003 Roadmaster Monaco. This is a proportional brake controller like your Curt Echo # C51180 that performs as well as the more expensive options but is priced better.
The Echo is a great controller but on a longer vehicle like a motorhome the reception could be affected. view full answer...
What you have is an older design, but we have checked with Lippert in the past and they have told us that the # LC359259 does work as a replacement for the module you have now and will upgrade it to the current design. view full answer...
The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch # 41990 you looked at is exactly what I would recommend for your 2000 Monaco Diplomat. There are no bolt-on options for this capacity that will fit your motorhome so a universal weld-on hitch is what you need. This has a max gross trailer weight of 16,000 lbs and a 2" receiver. You will also need the 7" weld-on brackets # 4907 or the 16" # 4916. We recommend taking the hitch to a certified welder for installation. view full answer...
I have a solution that could help, but there are no aftermarket sway bars available for your 1997 Roadmaster Monaco. I spoke to my contact at Roadmaster and he recommended the Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer part # RM-RBK6-RSSA.
The sturdy steel spring on this stabilizer keeps your vehicle in line by constantly working to maintain its position. Mount it between the steering mechanism and the chassis for a tight connection that will minimize wander and correct oversteering.
You should have... view full answer...
I have a steering stabilizer that will work well on your 2011 Monaco Vesta that is build on a Roadmaster chassis but Blue Ox does not have an option. Instead you'd want the Roadmaster Reflex Stabilizer part # RM-RBK6-RSSA which would fit and work well. view full answer...
Your 2007 Holiday Rambler Neptune XL is built on a Ford F-53 chassis so there is a brake controller install connector that you can use for a quick plug and play install with the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 you mentioned. All you'd need is the part # 3035-P and you'd be set. his plugs in under the dash. view full answer...
Bike racks that are suitable for use on the rear of a trailer or motor home must be built specially to withstand the additional stresses found at the back of such long vehicles. The further from the rear axle the back of the trailer or motor home is the more the lateral and vertical forces that will be applied to the rack. Bike carriers designed for use on automobiles, such as the Thule EasyFold 2 Bike Rack # TH903202, are not suitable for use on a motor home, but we do have solutions for... view full answer...
Anti-sway bars and steering stabilizers perform different tasks. You would benefit from having both. If you are having a hard time steering and get worn out from driving because you are constantly trying to keep the RV straight then a steering stabilizer would be the way to go.
If you are experiencing side to side roll or sway from winds or passing big rigs then an anti-sway bar would be the way to go. In order to determine which parts will fit I will need to know the chassis manufacturer... view full answer...
The best brake controller for your situation is the Prodigy P3 # 90195; it is the most popular model we carry due to its effectiveness and ease of use. It will activate your trailer's brakes immediately in proportion to your motorhome's brakes and offers three different boost levels so you can adjust your braking power.
When wiring the P3 on your motorhome with an exhaust brake that does activate the brake light you do need to test to find out if there is power on the brake switch wire... view full answer...
It should be combined since that is standard trailer wiring for a 7-way which is also what's used with flat towing setups. Your only way to know with absolute certainty will be to use a circuit tester like # PTW2992 on all of the pins of the 7-way and then compare that to the 7-way diagram I attached. view full answer...
For your 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador motorhome, I recommend you use the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195. This controller utilizes a LCD screen that gives you easy to read and understand diagnostics and comes with simple presets to make set-up easy. It is proportional, so it will allow you to apply the trailer brakes at the same time and with the same amount of pressure so your trailer doesn't end up pushing or pulling your RV. It doesn't have the codes of most brake... view full answer...
Since your trailer has a 7,000 pound GVWR there's a good chance it's equipped with two 3,500 pound axles. If this is the case then you can replace your existing hubs with the etrailer.com # AKHD-545-35-K. This hub and drum assembly uses the # L68149 inner bearing (1.378" inner diameter) and # L44649 outer bearing (1.063" inner diameter) that's commonly used on 3,500 pound axles.
You can verify fitment onto your current spindles by either checking for the numbers stamped inside the existing... view full answer...
Your 2005 Monaco Knight is built on a Freightline Monaco chassis which we do not carry a quick install harness for to install a brake controller like the # TK90160.
I did a little research and found that there should be a blue wire underneath the dash area that will be your brake output wire that will be run to the six way of the Monaco. You will connect this brake output wire to the brake output wire (blue wire) of your brake controller.
The red wire from the brake controller will be... view full answer...
If your Kwikee Series 42 powered steps were made before 2005 the replacement control module is the part # LC379146 whereas if they were made after that you'd need the part # LC379604. Since your Rambler is a 2006 model you most likely have a 2005 made module.
If you check out the module on your steps and compare it to the two product pictures for the modules I mentioned you should be able to easily identify what you have. view full answer...
