Since your Countryman seems to only support Class I hitches and since we do not have any Yakima racks compatible with Class I hitches, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Destination, part # HLY94FR. To carry bikes the 2015 Mini Countryman is going to require either a roof rack or a trailer hitch. I recommend using a trailer hitch because it is ultimately less money and it is much easier to load and unload the bikes.

The only trailer hitch that is currently available for your 2018 Mini Countryman is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11522 which is a Class I trailer hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver.
