I do have a solution for you, however there is not currently an adapter available that will allow the 4-way on your 2016 Mazda MX-5 Miata to connect with the Bushtec 6-Way flat on your trailer.
What I recommend doing is simply cutting off the trailer 6-Way and installing a 4-Way like the Hopkins # HM48110 that will be compatible with your tow vehicle. We have one trailer hitch for the 2009 Mazda MX-5 Miata. It is Curt hitch # C11028. It will not fit models that have the factory Appearance Package. It does work with models that have the power retractable hardtop.
This is a Class I Curt trailer hitch which means a few things. You have to make sure the bike rack is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

There is an option that will allow you to carry bikes with your 2010 Mazda Miata Convertible, however, our bike rack manufacturers have determined that the trunk mount bike rack options are not a good fit for the convertible models.

The appearance package in question includes some additional parts on the exterior that would prevent the Curt trailer hitch # C11028 from being installed. From what I could find, the grand touring edition doesn't have this. But to be sure you may want to inquire with a Mazda dealer.

What you will first need is the # PK12720 for your trailer to plug into, next you will need a signal converter to take the combined signal of your Jeep's 4-way to the separate signal of your trailer.
