Since your tires are brand new they will most likely last you a while. I would go with the Thule chains part # TH01571265 that you referenced since they are confirmed as a fit for the 255/55R19.

I do recommend installing a trailer hitch on your 2016 Land Rover LR4 and using a hitch mounted bike rack because there is more versatility in the types of racks that can be used, plus it's just easier to mess with.
