At this time the only trailer hitch receiver we offer that is confirmed to fit your 2010 Land Rover LR4 is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13456.
The Curt # 13456 has a maximum trailer weight rating of 6000lbs, and a maximum tongue weight rating of 600lbs making it great for towing or for carrying accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. You will want to check the owner's manual of your LR4 to confirm the towing capacity, and use the lower rating between the vehicle and the trailer hitch receiver.
If you currently have a full sized spare you will need to relocate it, or purchase a donut spare from your local Land Rover dealership.
If you plan on doing some towing you may be interested in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
