If you look at the video I have linked showing a typical installation of the wiring harness # 118526, at about the 3:50 minute mark our installer begins running the wiring through a hole and out to the bottom of the vehicle. Normally the 4-Way stays inside the cargo area but if you wanted to you could try to run the 4-Way through this same hole. It may require additional sealant to keep out fumes.

I recommend checking out the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990 because they have the dual lens setup that gives you the most visibility and we have heard back from other customers that any vibration they see in the mirrors is much better than other strap-on mirrors.

The upper arm a trunk mount bike carrier will not put all that much pressure on the back glass on your 2011 Kia Sportage. This is because the weight of the bikes is pulling down and away from the upper straps and arm so most of the tension is on the upper straps and lower arm of the carrier.

The first thing you need to do is add a 4-way to your 2021 Kia Sportage. I recommend the Tekonsha # 118698 since we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable when it comes to wiring. It stows in the cargo area of the vehicle and you pull it out when needed and shut the rear hatch on the wires. The Draw Tite hitch part # 75717 that you referenced has a capacity of 3,500 lbs trailer weight so it would pretty easily be able to tow a small trailer as long as you stay under that figure. I looked up the towing capacity of your vehicle and it looks to have a capacity of 2,000 lbs trailer weight so that would be the number you'd need to stay under.
