The Replacement LED Light Strip for Solera RV Awning LED Fabric Light Kits part # LC423331 is just for the light strip, it does not contain the housing that the light strip slides into and then onto the awning cord. If you need this we do offer the light and housing as a kit, the LED Fabric Light Kit with Switch/Plate for Solera RV Awning with Prepflex Fabric part # LC674282 for 15' or part # LC674283 for 21'. These are cut to fit as well if you need a different length. view full answer...
The LED light strips on awnings installs in a track on the roller of it. What you have now would install in the track of the Solera 17' Replacement Awning Fabric # LCV000334407. Before you remove your old awning you'd want to remove the LED light strip and then install it in the roller of the new fabric. view full answer...
The problem with this idea is that the multicolor led light strips use a receiver and remote to change the color of the lights. these receivers require a separate power supply. There are LEDs that do not require the receiver and remote like # LC423331, but these are only one color but they will wire in to your existing lights. You could make this work with the solid color LED strip but not the multicolored strips.
If you were to put an LED strip in all your lights, you would need a receiver... view full answer...
I have a solution for you, but we don't have an LED light strip in amber. What we do have is an amber 3-Light Truck and Trailer Identification Light Bar with White Base - Amber # MC99AB. This light uses three 194 bulbs that can be replaced with LED bulbs. view full answer...
The LED strip of the Gustafson RV LED Dome Light # 277-000492 that you referenced is not replaceable as it's permanently fixed to the base of the light and even if it wasn't the panel is not a standard type of replaceable light. Also LEDs rarely fail so if you are worried that you'd install it and be stuck with a broken assembly you should note that failure of the light would be incredibly unlikely. view full answer...
For a bright white RV awning LED light strip we have the part # LC674282 which is 15 feet long but can be trimmed down to 13 feet like you need. view full answer...
Yes, the Optronics Flexible LED Light Strip part # UCL90CB is dimmable, you'd just need to make sure to use a dimmer switch compatible with LEDs like the LED Dimmer Rocker Switch part # 37215225. view full answer...
We do offer the Opti-Brite LED Interior Strip Light # ILL71CB which is our only 16" LED strip light, but it is not the exact same as the Opti-Brite LED Strip Light for RVs # ILL77CBB you were looking at.
The key difference that it does not have the 45 degree wedge base that angles downward. Besides that they are both rated for interior and exterior use, are both water proof, and will both work with 12v Power systems.
I included a video of the Opti-Brite # ILL71CB for you to take a look at. view full answer...
Use a circuit tester such as #PTW2993 to test the wires on your 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 to find the one that carries the 12-volt tow package circuit. It will have power all the time. You can wire up the LED light strips to it via a switch (if no switch is included with the light strips). If you need a switch, I recommend a simple on/off switch # PK34513. view full answer...
It sounds like you have the Bully Tube Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Receiver Step # CR-600LED and are looking for a replacement light strip for it. If so, the correct part number would be part # CR-600L-LED. view full answer...
For a replacement LED Light Strip for your 12 foot Solera awning the part # LC423331 is what you'd need and can be cut to the length you are wanting but it does not change colors. view full answer...
It sounds like you're wanting to use the Opti-Brite LED Strip Light part # ILL70CBSBAWN as a clearance or side marker light but this is unfortunately not possible due to both the downward projection of the lens and the on/off switch. It's also not offered in amber. I'm not sure we have a light like this with amber lens, the Miro-Flex LED Clearance or Side Marker Light part # MCL19AB is probably our most similar replacement.
I have attached our full list of amber options below. view full answer...
What you'd need is a tailgate style LED strip light like the Universal LED Tailgate Fire Strip Brake, Tail and Turn Lights # TLB-001 as it's designed for what you are wanting but normally installs below a tailgate. It could attach to the top of a horse trailer though.
You could cut off the 4-way of this light and hardwire it to your trailer lighting or you could install a 4-way on your trailer with the # 18252 and simply just plug this into it. view full answer...

We do have a nice selection of switches that may work well to control the new LED light strips inside your cargo trailer. You will just need to make sure you choose a switch that is rated properly for the draw of your lights. Since LED lights aren't going to draw much power at all, going with a 10 amp switch like the Pollak Light-Duty Toggle Switch # PK34513 should be enough, but you will want to check to make sure.
This is a really nice toggle switch that includes mounting hardware and... view full answer...
