Based on your trailer, a weight distribution system won't work well. Because it is all aluminum you would still be protected by powder coat, but you would need to drill into the frame because it is enclosed. Based on the photo you attached, I really think you will be limited by space. Check your measurements against the trunnion bar lengths of around 30 inches. Instead of using an uneven, unreliable piece of wood, I recommend checking out the Ultra-Fab Leveling Blocks # UF48-979051. These blocks are 8-1/4" wide x 8-1/4" long x 7/8" tall and you can position them under your jack and/or wheels to get your trailer level; there is also the option of using independent electric jacks, though that is an expensive upgrade and these blocks should work to get you level.

According to my research the maximum capacity of your 2012 Infinity QX56 roof is 200 pounds. There are not aftermarket crossbar feet - they are custom to the crossbar rail and roof rails.
