The Oval, LED Trailer Utility Light, item # BUL78C3MB, is designed as an area light, more like a flood than a spot light, and would be a good choice for interior lighting in an enclosed cargo trailer. The Straight 3-Wire Pigtail, item # A45PB, can be used for wiring this light. This LED light could be spliced into the tail light circuit, so the lights can be activated with the vehicle tail lights. A switch inside the trailer would be needed so that the lights are not on when traveling down... view full answer...

The Optronics Red LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light # MCL32RB will come from their factory in Taiwan.
If you are looking for clearance lights that are made in the USA I recommend the Peterson Double Bullseye Clearance and Side Marker Trailer Light in Red # 425800 or Amber # 425600. These have the same 4" long by 2" wide footprint but use bulbs rather than LED's.
The bulbs can be swapped for LED's # DI88VR if you prefer the lower power draw and longer life of LED lights. view full answer...

To fix your blinker problem you need to just switch the left and right turn signal wires of the trailer wiring and you'll have them corrected. These two circuits are found in the 9:00 and 3:00 position of the connector.
If you have an extra wire that is red that you don't know where it goes it most likely is the aux cable which would connect to typically a purple wire of a 7-way. Sometimes this is also yellow. view full answer...
I found an online diagram for the fuse box of your 2015 Ford F-350 and according to it the trailer running light fuse is in the 26 position and takes a 30 amp fuse. It's labeled as trailer tow park lamps which may be why it was harder to track down. view full answer...
Like you have said, the 2013 Ram 1500, if so-equipped, will have both a 7-Way and a 4-Way trailer connector at the back. In order to determine where the problem is you will need to use a circuit tester, # PTW2992, if you do not already have one.
Have someone sit in the truck and go through the light functions while you test the 4-Way with the circuit tester. If everything works on the truck side, then that indicates a problem on the trailer. If the same problem exists on the truck side... view full answer...
The Optronics LED Trailer License Plate Light with Bracket # LPL56CB uses 20 gauge wire. This thin wire is all that is needed to power the led light as it only draws 0.045 amps at 12.8 volts. view full answer...
The lights themselves on light bar # MCL93RB are sealed so water cannot get into them. This does make them submersible as well. All sealed lights are submersible but not all submersible lights are sealed. I have linked a video review of this light bar for you. view full answer...
I spoke with my contact at Optronics and he said that the Super LEDs in the Optronics Sealed Super LED Trailer Light, part # BUL78C3MB, are brighter than the normal LEDs. He gave me a candela output rating on the Super LEDs as 125 cd. He said the candela is the luminous intensity of the light. For comparison he said the candela output on a 100 watt incandescent light bulb in your home is 100 cd. view full answer...
LED lights are more durable and can withstand more shock than incandescent bulbs. Regular bulbs are pretty fragile by comparison.
That is not to say that the LEDs are indestructible but they will hold up better than regular bulbs when shock is applied.
It sounds like you need something like # RA-27C to help with lifting and lowering the gate. I have included a link to a video that shows how it works. view full answer...

While the Optronics Opti-Brite RV Interior Strip Light w/ Switch # ILL70CBSBAWN referenced in your question has a sealed, waterproof construction, it is designed primarily for interior use or as a porch light on a covered porch. It is not necessarily built to withstand heavy rain and harsh weather.
A porch light like the Optronics RV Rectangular Porch and Utility Light # RVPL1C, which is specifically designed to be an exterior light, might be a better option. This light features a molded... view full answer...
