I reached out to Taylor made and although you can mount the Taylor Made Dock Wheel Bumper # 3691072 on the top of your dock, you cannot mount it upside down on the bottom. Instead, I recommend using the Taylor Made Low-Profile Boat Guide Wheel for 1-1/2" Diameter Dock Pipes - PVC # 3691214. This guide wheel installs on 1-1/2" dock pipes and can be stacked to accommodate larger boats if need be. view full answer...
The most common mounting location of the LED Pontoon and Fishing Boat Docking Lights part # TN23ZR on a pontoon boat is on top of the deck at the outside corners facing out. That said, we do have a better option more specific to pontoon boat trailers, the LED Docking Light for Pontoon Boats part # TN98XR or part # TN48XR which would mount to the side of the deck floor at the front or side facing out. view full answer...
I reached out to Jif Marine and if you use a marine grade adhesive on the # JIF56VR it will likely hold up when paired with the screws on the top. However, this has not been tested so there are no guarantees. view full answer...
On a boat you would want to ground docking lights # DL-16CC to the negative battery terminal. You will want the connections to be water tight as best as you can. Shrink tubing, electrical tape, and even liquid electrical tape # SWC50122 will help protect electrical connections from water. You can also use dielectric grease, # 11755, between electrical connections. This special grease is hydrophobic so it will repel moisture. view full answer...
On a boat you would want to ground docking lights # DL-16CC to the negative battery terminal.
The pin on the top of the switch runs to the ground, the middle supplies power for the lights, and the bottom pin runs to the positive post of a battery through a fuse. view full answer...
I see no problems with you cutting the middle piece holding the Jif Marine Dock Bumper # JIF57VR together so you can have 2 separate pieces. I would just try to avoid cutting the bumpers directly so they can retain their shape. view full answer...
I spoke with my contact at TorkLift regarding the Space Dock 2" Receiver Adapter # TLA7900 and he said that there is not a locking mechanism built into the unit that secures it to the bumper as a theft deterrent. In theory if a potential thief had a ratchet set on hand the adapter could be unbolted and taken from the bumper but that would still take a decent amount of time, effort, and planning.
At this time there is not a separate part available that can be added to the adapter to serve... view full answer...
I can certainly provide you some installation instructions for the Halogen Docking Light Kit, # DL-16CC.
First, drill a hole at the desired mounting locations, slip on the rubber boot cover, then install the lights using the included hardware. Disconnect the battery to avoid short circuits/electrical shock. Measure the wire needed to install the lights on your boat and cut the red wire into the lengths needed. Place the plastic terminal covers onto the wire and attach the corresponding... view full answer...
Boat trailer bunk boards like CE Smith # CE27840 can be secured to swivel brackets like # CE10000G-4 using either galvanized or stainless steel hardware intended for wood. This is not included so you will source the preferred hardware locally. Lag bolts/screws would be great to secure the bunks to the brackets (as long as they are short enough to not come through the bunk).
Obviously the boat would have to be off the trailer to be able to install the bunks like you mentioned so you would... view full answer...
Sounds like you are trying to build a shoreline ramp like what you see in the picture I attached. For a flat bottomed boat like yours you could use roller bunks like part # DL21741 with them laying totally flat on the ramp and they would work fine. view full answer...
The Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunk part # DL21755 is designed to be used on a trailer which although will be frequently submerged in water, would/should not be constantly. I took a look at some reviews of customers using these rollers as a boat ramp where they are constantly submerged and it seems like an issue is the paint wearing faster and the rails thereby rusting. Therefore, the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk part # DL21741 which are galvanized will be a better option. view full answer...
I spoke with my contact at Dutton Lainson and she stated that the StrongArm Electric Davit Winch, # DL25032, would work well for the 800 pound vertical lift as the winch does not have a clutch. I have included a link to the installation details for the winch below.
The winch does not come with a cable. I recommend using # DL24047 or # DL24045 with fastener # DL24361. view full answer...
You are correct. If you wanted to remove the hitch brackets of the Carr Mega Step Fold-Up Step # CARR190011 so that you could use the 4 outside mounting holes of the step you definitely could.
It would just be a matter of selecting the correct install hardware for you application. view full answer...
Air bags like the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88299 can certainly be filled with your boat and boat trailer attached. When setting the air pressure, it is best to load everything and then inflate the air bags to the point where your vehicle is level again. view full answer...

You do have a few options to get an electric winch, like the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm # TW4015, working, but the 4 Flat will not be able to do so alone.
The first will be to add a battery to the trailer. This will usually be my suggestion, but as you do not have brakes on the trailer and it is for a boat trailer, it will not be the best way to go.
What I suggest doing is upping your 4 Flat to a 5 Round, both on the trailer and vehicle. The Pollak 5-Pole # PK11502 for the vehicle side,... view full answer...
Yes, the Taylor Made Tuff End Round Boat Fender for Commercial Boats # 36961152 ships deflated. To inflate the boat fender you will just need a hand compressor or hand pump.
The Taylor Made Tuff End Round Boat Fender for Commercial Boats # 36961152 has a TriValve inflation valve that works with most air compressors and hand pumps.
If you are needing a hand pump or compressor we have those available as well.

Ideally, you will want both your tow vehicle and boat trailer to be as level as possible when towing. Some of this will depend a bit on the tongue weight of the trailer you will be pulling. For example, a trailer with a heavy tongue weight may actually lower the bumper on your vehicle enough when attached to reduce the difference in height you referenced in your question.
I have attached an article on ball mounts and about halfway down the page it goes into detail on how and why a trailer... view full answer...
