You are in luck! No drilling is required, nor do you have to remove the bumper. The hitch uses existing nuts welded into your frame. With an older vehicle such as yours, there is probably a fair amount of corrosion and road grime built up in there. To prevent breaking these nuts loose from the frame, you will have to make sure they are nice and clean before installing the bolts. I spoke with my contact at CIPA and they do not have instructions for the OEM replacement mirrors such as # CM27371. If it is anything like the LeSabre though you will start by gently prying away the triangle trim piece on the inside adjacent to the mirror. Then you will need to pry away the trim piece around the handle. And pry away the red light at the end of the door. There may be connectors that will have to also be pried away from the above mentioned pieces.
