I spoke with my contact at CIPA and they do not have instructions for the OEM replacement mirrors such as # CM27371. If it is anything like the LeSabre though you will start by gently prying away the triangle trim piece on the inside adjacent to the mirror. Then you will need to pry away the trim piece around the handle. And pry away the red light at the end of the door. There may be connectors that will have to also be pried away from the above mentioned pieces.

Then, behind the light and door handle trim pieces that were removed there should be screws that have to be removed.

Then at the lower rear part of the door you will need to pry away the door trim panel (basically the whole inside trim). Once you pull it loose and off you will have access to the power mirror wiring. It should be held to the metal of the door with clips. Pull the wire and clips out of the door and disconnect the wiring connector from the mirror where it is plugged into a module on the door.

Then you can remove the mirror itself by removing the 3 bolts holding it on. You will need to reverse the whole process to install the new mirror.
