As long as there is a gap at the top of your rear spoiler for the mounting strap to pass through and attach to the edge of the rear hatch (rather than the straps passing up and over the spoiler), the Thule Passage 3 bike rack # TH911XT will install on your 2015 Kia Soul without any problems. While the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 that you referenced states the max tire width it can work with is 3 inches we've had customers come back with much wider tires than that and tell us it worked fine.
