According to Curt the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C89KR fit all models of the 2020 Kia Soul even with LED lights. This harness will give you a 4-pole flat at the rear of the Kia Soul. I have attached the installation instructions for your reference.
