The 2-Tang Clevis for BulletProof Hitches Adjustable Ball Mount # 358CLEVIS itself is rated for 20,000 lbs. This piece alone is not going to have a tongue weight rating, the channel mount with drawbar is not included with the # 358CLEVIS. It is just the 2-tang clevis.

The Curt Clevis Hook with Spring Loaded Safety Latch - 7/16" - 40,000 lbs # C81970 will work with most systems. Without knowing the hitch or the diameter of the safety loops, I can't confirm a fit other than to tell you the opening of the hook is 1-1/8 inch. The vast majority of 2, 2-1/2, and 3 inch trailer hitch receivers will allow this 7/16 hook with spring to work. I've attached a video to assist as well.

On the MaxxTow clevis hitch # MT70034 it measures 11 inches from the center of the hitch pin holes to the center of the tang holes and approximately 4 inches from the center of the pin holes to where the tangs are welded to the shank.

From the rearmost hitch pin hole to the face of the Shocker Hitch Impact Cushioned Adjustable Clevis # SHK93RR ball mount is 8-3/8" (see bottom right figure of attached photo). If you're wanting to know what the distance is to the back side of the ball mount that is 4-1/2" instead (see bottom left figure of attached photo).
