Congrats on the new truck! I have a combination of suggestions that will get your Grand Design closer to level with your Silverado 3500. I'd like to start out by saying your current set up with using two adapters and your 4400 Pullrite Superglide is not safe or recommended. There's too many moving parts and potential for eventual failure is high.
The first suggestion is to raise the height of your Grand Design. It looks like your axles are already below your leaf springs so you can use... view full answer...
I have added a couple diagrams for you showing the footprint in your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 of the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Carbide Finish # C16411-204.
You can see where the base rails are placed based on your truck's bed size from one diagram, while the other shows the dimensions between the base rails. The horizontal holes that measure 20-1/2 inches are where you will place the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180.
So overall, the A25 # C16180 itself... view full answer...
The weight rating for Timbrens like the part # TGMRCK25D that you referenced is the amount of additional suspension support they will provide the vehicle they are installed on. You should note that Timbrens do not actually increase the towing capacity of the vehicle they are installed on.
They will provide additional support so that the vehicle can carry it's current capacity in a safer, more level way.
I attached a help article on Timbrens for you to check out as well.

Yes the B and W Tow and Stow ball mount # BWTS10049B that you referenced can be used in the rise position. When it is in rise position it is capable of up to 7-1/2 inches of rise. view full answer...
Curt 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16541 has a height of 17-1/2 inches when it the lowest position. The lowest position is the second to last set of holes because it can't use the last set because of interference with the slider mechanism.
The hitch will fit the custom install kit # RP56001-53 for your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 short bed. I have linked a video showing an example installation of this kit for you.
I also recommend installing an in-bed 7-Way trailer connector, # 41157, to make... view full answer...

The Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-M-JRC9636 weighs 88 lbs. This particular model is designed for a 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 with an 8' long bed and single wheel rear axle.

Congrats on your new truck! The correct 21k Demco Autoslide for a 2024 GMC Denali Sierra 3500 with the factory puck system is item # DM29GV. This one has the legs built into the base that attaches to the pucks so you won't need to purchase an adapter.
You won't need an adapter plate for a MORryde pinbox with the Demco Autoslide. If your pin box rotates you'll want to follow the manufacturer's instructions and lock it. If it doesn't rotate you're all good. view full answer...
There are two options you can use for a bit of added height when using your B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1016. You can get an extra 1" by using the High-Rise Ball for B&W Turnoverball # BWGNXA2050.
You can also use the B&W Turnoverball with 4" Offset # BWGNXA4085, which is roughly 5-3/4" tall (1-11/16" taller) from the base of the truckbed to the top of the ball. This gooseneck ball has a 4" offset, so it will move the hitch ball 4" further away from your truck cab,... view full answer...
According to the 2018 Ford Towing Guide, which is on Ford's fleet website, the 5th wheel/goosneck hitch towing capacity of the 2018 F250 4x4 short box crew cab tops out at 14,700 lbs for a 3.31 with a 22,500 GCWR (on label in driver's side door jamb) rear end.
A 17,500 lb 5th wheel would be significantly above the towing capacity of your truck.
Your best bet would be to choose a lighter fifth wheel. view full answer...

Yes, it will. The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit item # C16411-204 is confirmed to fit the 2018 Sierra 3500 dually. It fits both the 6-1/2' and 8' bed lengths.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56000. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient. view full answer...
We spoke with Curt about the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector # C56000 and they informed me that the green (right turn/stop light), yellow (left turn/stop light), brown (running light), and purple (reverse light/lockout) wires are 14 gauge. The weight difference is truly negligible when moving from hydraulic drum brakes to the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit with Actuator for Triple Axle Trailers # HSE7K-TR1.
The HydraStar kit weighs just over 300 lbs, and a good estimate for six hub and drums with six hydraulic brake assemblies is going to be about 300 lbs as well, give or take. So you truly won't have anything to worry about in regards to adding additional weight to your trailer when switching to the HydraStar kit.

This gooseneck adapter has a 5,500 lbs tongue weight capacity and a 25,000 lbs towing capacity.
You will also need the Safety Chain with 2 Hooks for Gen-Y 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # GY49GR. These are not included with any of the gooseneck adapters and... view full answer...
The total weight of the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16520-16025 is about 150 lbs and the total weight of the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16064 is about 160 lbs. The great thing about the A-Series is that it can be broken down into two pieces for easy removal, the head and the center section/legs. I would go with the A20 for your Grand Design Solitude 310GK due to the extra capacity. view full answer...
