I have added a couple diagrams for you showing the footprint in your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 of the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC - Carbide Finish # C16411-204.
You can see where the base rails are placed based on your truck's bed size from one diagram, while the other shows the dimensions between the base rails. The horizontal holes that measure 20-1/2 inches are where you will place the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16180.
So overall, the A25 # C16180 itself will have a 22" x 29" footprint in the bed of your '15 Sierra 3500.
Along with the hitch and base rails, the only other thing you will need is a 5th wheel wiring harness if you don't have one, with the correct fit being the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000.
