Although there isn't a concealed hitch available, the US made Curt model is what we'd recommend for your 2023 Toyota Sienna.

The nature of the 2007 Toyota Sienna's design means it will sit lower than many vehicles, and this then means that an installed hitch receiver will do the same. All hitches for your car, shown on the linked page, install at the exact same mounting points and will rest just under the rear bumper cover. To install a 5-pole flat trailer connector on your Sienna, you have two alternatives. You can use the modulite kit, part # 118498 that would plug inline with the connection between the vehicle wiring harnesses and the rear of the taillight assemblies and a power wire would be ran to the vehicle battery. You'd then use an adapter like part # 47515, with the extra wire on the vehicle side getting tapped into the circuit that feeds the reverse lamps.

For your 2015 Toyota Sienna the Draw Tite hitch part # 75237 would be what you would want. This hitch has plenty of capacity, is priced great and is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. The round crosstube would be it less visible than a square tube hitch as well.

It also lacks the 40 amp breaker and two ring terminals, so if you'll be adding the 12-volt accessory power to the trailer connector, you'll want to pick one up-part # 9510. We will always recommend a 2-inch hitch over a 1-1/4-inch since there will be many more available accessories made for the larger hitch size. I have a solution for you, but there's not going to be a hitch that will transfer between two different vehicles unless you were to just get a newer Sienna. With that said, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13105, which will fit your 2005 Sienna up to a 2018 Toyota Sienna. This hitch is a custom installed hitch, so no drilling will be required to install, and it has a 2" receiver for you to use your bike rack.

Since the Rear View Safety G-Series Dual Camera System - Mirror Monitor # RVS-776718-BB that you referenced has a front and rear facing camera RVS wasn't able to have also fit into it the additional features you mentioned. So you would not have the compass, temperature, or auto dimming ability with this.

According to the Installation Instructions, the Draw-Tite hitch you referenced # 36513 uses six hex bolts, M12 x 1.25 x 40 mm.
The bolts use a 1/2 inch lock washer and a 1/2 inch flat washer.
You can get this hardware in our Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches # RHK. Go to that product page and enter RHK in the search box and then you will need to enter 36513 for the Hitch Item Number and Draw-Tite for the Manufacturer.
