Why Doesnt Rear View Safety G-Series Dual Camera System have Compass, Temperature, and Auto Dim

Does it record both size Front and rear and what resolution... 32G is the maximum SD card ?..... Thank you,

Since the Rear View Safety G-Series Dual Camera System - Mirror Monitor # RVS-776718-BB that you referenced has a front and rear facing camera RVS wasn't able to have also fit into it the additional features you mentioned. So you would not have the compass, temperature, or auto dimming ability with this.

We do have just a rear camera setup that does have the features you mentioned with the part # RVS-776718-CT though.

The # RVS-776718-BB only records the front camera, the resolution is 720 which is considered HD and the largest SD card it can accept is 32 gig. With this size card and the 720 resolution you'd get 10 hours and 40 minutes of record time. You can set it up to auto record everything when the monitor is powered on and then auto delete things at a certain time so that you are constantly able to keep a recording of what's happening. There's even a setting that allows an auto record any time the mirror experiences a strong acceleration, deceleration or excessive shaking. The event file is locked and cannot be overwritten in record cycle mode. It can only be manually deleted or formatted. You can even set up the camera to record for a set amount of time when the vehicle is turned off.
