Recommended Hitch for 2005 Toyota Sienna for Bike Rack

Question:

Hi, I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna. I need a 2 inch hitch for a bike rack. I plan on buying a vehicle with a higher towing capacity in the future so I can pull an Airstream. Id like to be able to move the hitch I purchase for the Sienna to the other vehicle. Is there a hitch that would fit my Sienna that I could later use on another vehicle make and model to be determined to pull an Airstream? Thanks

I have a solution for you, but there's not going to be a hitch that will transfer between two different vehicles unless you were to just get a newer Sienna. With that said, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13105, which will fit your 2005 Sienna up to a 2018 Toyota Sienna. This hitch is a custom installed hitch, so no drilling will be required to install, and it has a 2" receiver for you to use your bike rack.
