If yours is loose it could be due to a bad latch, or the inside of the coupler has just worn out over time and caused it to become loose. Unfortunately there is not repair kit available for this coupler, so your best option would be to remove the old coupler and install a new one.

Hey Artur, there isn't anything we can help with that will for sure enable you to carry more weight than the trailer was rated for. only solution would be to contact trailer manufacturer and see if there's a way that they can endorse.
