Hey Jean-Guy,
If you're referring to the lift motor for your Fan-Tastic vent then you'll need the # FVK6010-80 (off-white) or # FVK6010-81 (white). view full answer...
Hey David, we've used the LaSalle Bristol RV Roof Vent install kit part # 344270KITW to install several MaxxFan RV roof vents and it's worked well so it would also work well for you. This comes with everything needed so it would be a great choice. view full answer...
We don't make these parts, we just sell them, though I can tell you the 10-03817z is not something available. The best we can offer is a new vent like the MaxxAir Mini Manual RV Roof Vent # MA00-03700.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of roof vents. view full answer...
Yes, the MaxxShade Retractable RV Roof Vent Shade part # MA00-03900 does have a vented strip section so it would be able to vent a little bit when it was closed. That's what the small holes you mentioned are for. view full answer...
The Replacement MaxxFan Plus 10-Speed Roof Vent with Smoke Lid # MA99FR is only compatible with the wall mount/remote (it says wall mount but can be used as a remote as well) Replacement Wall Control Panel for MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent # MA59FR.
So unfortunately it isn't compatible with the current remote you have. view full answer...
Not sure which FanTastic Roof Vent you have but the item # FV807350 you were looking at can be opened in two different ways without turning on the fan. The up and down button on the remote can be used or you can manually open it with the crank handle.
The ceiling fan operates in 2 modes: manual and automatic. An on/off button automatically lifts the dome and activates the fan. To use the manual mode, press the arrow buttons on the left side of the remote or turn the knob on the vent housing... view full answer...
Hey Jeff!
We have the Roof Vent Installation Kit # 344270KITW which comes with 2 tubes of sealant, a roll of butyl tape, and screws to complete the installation. If you're just needing the tubes of sealant then you can find that as part # 34427034145-1.
I'm attaching a video where we use this installation kit for a roof vent so you can see our method for applying it. view full answer...
Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!
The Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan # MA10A21275K is the newer "10C21275K" C version you're wanting to get.
Our part numbers don't always match what the manufacturer lists out. I definitely get where the confusion comes into play, but part of the reason we have to do that is because of the wide variety of parts we carry. Sometimes different manufacturers have the same part number for different... view full answer...
Hey Kenneth, the only way to replace the control board on the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent part # FV807350 is with the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit part # FV807359 since just the board by itself isn't available. view full answer...
Hey John, so it's probably possible on some level to take apart the Venline EZ Lift Ventadome part # V3094-601-00C and reinstall just the components needed to convert yours to having a fan but we don't know exactly how to pull it off. view full answer...
Hey Stan, good question, and the bug screen is only on the inside after the fan blades for the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-07500K.
The one bug screen makes it easily removable (you just have to rotate its retainer clips) from the inside to clean it if need be.
I also wanted to mention that if you do plan on installing the MaxxFan Deluxe to make sure you get sealant as well, which is part # 34427034145-1. view full answer...
Hello Joe. That serial number indicates that you have a MaxxAir 4401K model vent fan. The correct circuit board and switch for this fan is as follows:

It appears you are going to have to replace your MaxxFan 4700CN as those parts appear to be obsolete. I recommend upgrading to the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K. I prefer this vent as it has a built in rain shield so you can still run the fan without a cover in the rain. The included remote also allows you to set the fan to automatically turn on when a certain temperature is reached. The installation Kit # 344270KITW will provide you with everything you need to seal it to your roof. view full answer...
You will not need any extra parts to wire either the Dometic FanTastic Roof Vent # FV803350 or # FV807350 in place of your current fan.
The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07000K would be the route I would go thanks to its additional features. No matter which vent you go with you will need an Install Kit # 344270KITW. view full answer...
The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat item # MA00-06200K uses up to 5-Amps to operate when running and up to 9-Amps for startup. So probably between 90 - 100 hours if it was the only thing running and you left it on. view full answer...
Hello Robert. The Manual Lift Knob for the # FV807357 vent has a screw that goes down thru the top of the handle and attaches it to the motor assembly. If you were to remove the knob, there would be no part of the shaft that extends beyond the motor, so it sounds like this vent will work for you. view full answer...
Good morning, Don. The 3/4" wide butyl tape is exactly what we recommend for installing a roof vent such as the MaxxFan # MA00-07000K. We actually sell a roof vent install kit part # 344270KITW that comes with sealant, screws and a 30' roll of 3/4" wide butyl tape. view full answer...
Hey Alan,
I'm sorry to say that fan and its replacement parts have been discontinued, so there isn't a pc board available for it. The best I can offer is to replace the fan altogether with the simple MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00A04301K.
This is an easy-to-use 4-speed fan with a manual lift and comes with everything needed for install except the sealant, which you can get with the Self-Leveling Sealant # 34427034145-1. view full answer...
Unfortunately Don, you are going to need to a new range hood like the Ventiline # VE48SR as the parts for your Greystone are obsolete. view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Kim!
