Hi there Patrick; thanks for writing in and you can absolutely get your 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited without the tow package set up with the Prodigy P3 Brake Controller # 90195 even though it is already wired for flat towing. The flat tow wiring gets spliced in before the connector and the 4-way will plug into the connector which is why they can be used together.
