Hi Andrew; the etrailer # e95ZR and Curt # C13427 are identical. The only difference is the powder coat finish. The Curt has your standard glossy finish and the etrailer hitch has the matte black. The matte black helps hide dirt and also typically blends better with OEM trim on vehicles.

The factory wiring for both the 2023 and 2024 Hyundai Palisade has been a complicated subject. The pre-wiring you're referring to is not an actual trailer connector. You should have factory wiring and connectors which will allow you to add an OEM 7-way. I understand it says they all have this, but I would make sure you can find it on your particular vehicle if you plan to use it. If the dealer is telling you there isn't a way to safely flat tow a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and that a dolly or trailer is only option that is what you would have to stick with. Older vehicles it was easier to install things like drive shaft disconnects and lube pumps but on modern vehicles there just aren't the same options. Unfortunately I cannot tell you the color of the reverse wire to connect to when installing the # TK64CR, as there isn't a way for me to know if it is the gray or black with white. Regarding the Q2, that will be connected to the reverse light function on your vehicle. You'll have to test for it to find the reverse light and connect the wiring.
