Hi Kevin,
We do have the right front anti-sway bar for your 2013 Ford E350 Super Duty cargo van, though I checked with Roadmaster and the part you mentioned is not a fit. Instead, what you will need is an anti-sway bar from Hellwig:
- Hellwig Front Anti-Sway Bar # HE26GR
I verified with Hellwig for you this will fit your van, and is a very nice upgrade to help improve its overall handling. And just to be thorough, if you do find yourself wanting or needing a rear bar, the correct part... view full answer...
Hey Jaran,
Great questions, and regarding the anti-sway bars, I definitely recommend upgrading to a larger size. When it comes to anti-sway bars on motorhomes like your Gulf Stream, bigger is definitely better. The larger the diameter of bar, the higher the roll stiffness it gives you, and that's the most important aspect of handling sway.
The rear anti-sway bar is the best upgrade, followed by the front anti-sway bar, and then steering stabilizer for added control in the heavy crosswinds.... view full answer...
Since they both ( # RM-1139-149 & # RM25VR ) will work with your 2023 Jayco Precept 34G you're going to need to take a look at your current ones and measure the bar diameter and pick one that matches.
When picking out anti-sway bars, the key is the thicker the bars the better they'll preform, which is why I recommend checking what you have first so you can be sure these'll be an upgrade. view full answer...
The Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 isn't a fit for your 2018 Ford F-350 but Roadmaster does have a rear anti-sway bar that is confirmed to fit with part # RM-1139-173. If your factory bar is missing or the end links are in need of replacement then you'll want part # RM-1139-173-00 instead to get everything. If you want to replace your front anti-sway bar as well then you'll need part # RM-1139-180 as well.
As far as installation goes, these are fairly easy installations... view full answer...
The rear anti-sway bar that fits your 2018 Thor A.C.E. that was built on a Ford F-53 chassis is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-146.
This sway bar works on a chassis with a GVWR of 15,700, 16,000 or 18,000 lbs; your RV has a 16,000 lb chassis which makes this sway bar a fit. view full answer...
Hi Karen,
If you're looking for replacement spring bars for a Curt weight distribution hitch then I'll just need to know the model of the hitch and the tongue weight capacity in order to pick out the correct springs bars.
If you're instead wanting a friction sway control kit then you'll just need part # 17200. view full answer...
Hey Clay, thanks for reaching out!
The Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE96YR for 33" to 37" tires and/or 3"-5" lift kits, and the Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE27YR for stock tires up to 32" have the same design and same 7/8" diameter so the difference is just with the shackle links like you said.
As long as you're withing the parameter of what we pointed out for the tire size you'll be good to use the end links that came on your vehicle! view full answer...
No, it does not because the Hellwig item # HE34MR is designed for an 2020 F-450. For your 2020 Entegra Coach Odyssey Motorhome the front anti-sway bar that does fit your E-450 chassis is the Roadmaster item # RM-1139-176. We also have the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar item # RM-1139-147.
I have linked installation videos for both parts below. view full answer...
Hey John,
No problem, I've attached a snippet from the manual of the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 below to help walk you through torqueing your hardware. The full manual is also attached below if you'd like to print out a new copy. view full answer...
Hey Robert, thanks for reaching out!
You are correct that you'll want to install the rear Hellwig Anti-Sway Bar # HE78RR first on your '22 Entegra Odyssey 26D, and then if you still need more help you can install the front Hellwig Anti-Sway Bar # HE26GR. You'll see a bigger difference with the rear bar replacement than you will with the front which is why we recommend changing out the rear first.
Some additional upgrades you might be interested in for the the future are a steering stabilizer... view full answer...
Hello Rob. The end links for the Hellwig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE28RR do mount to the original factory holes in the frame. They should be positioned as vertically as possible. Your motorhome has dual rear wheels, correct? If so, this should be the correct sway bar, so it is hard to say exactly why it is not fitting. If you would like to email over a few pictures I am happy to look into this further and see what can be done view full answer...
Thanks for reaching out, Blake!
The best way to upgrade your 2011 Newmar Canyon Star 3920 Toy Hauler is to start off with anti-sway bars, then a steering stabilizer, and then add some suspension enhancement. Here are the parts I recommend for your application:
- Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148
- Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM25VR (Might need square # RM-590050-00 or round # RM-590050-10 U-Bolts if factory U-Bolts can't accommodate 1/2 plate)
- Steering Stabilizer (there currently aren't... view full answer...
Unfortunately it doesn't look like any of our manufacturers currently offer a front anti-sway bar for a 2023 RAM 5500. Sorry I don't have better news for you. view full answer...
Rene, you unfortunately are not going to be able to use both air bags and SumoSprings like # SS68RR at the same time. The air bags fit inside the coil springs on the bag so there would not be room to also have the SumoSprings. Even if you were able to use the two at the same time, you'd have an unbelievably stiff ride that it would actually have negative effects.
You could upgrade your rear anti-sway bar and add one in the front and that would definitely help keep you stable on the highway.... view full answer...
Hey John,
Since body lifts only move the body away from the frame and don't change the distance between the frame and suspension the lift should be irrelevant to fitment in your case. For anti-sway bars I recommend the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-180 and Rear # RM93VR. For the # RM93VR to fit you'll need the forward leaf spring bump pads, on either side, to be bolted to the frame and not riveted. For DRW models you'll want the # RM-1139-193 instead of the # RM93VR.

Hey David, for your 2014 Thor 31L Class C motorhome you would want the Roadmaster Front Sway Bar part # RM-1109-149 which is a confirmed fit. This is designed to use factory endlinks though so you'd need to reuse what you have or get new ones from a GM dealer. view full answer...
The SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs like part # SSR-336-47-1 do indeed offer a better ride quality when compared to the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs like part # SSR-338-47 which is what I assume you are referring to. However, the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs will only work for you if you have the standard axle configuration and not the 2" spacer (see photo).
If you do have this spacer which most Sprinters do then you will want to consider the Roadmaster Rear... view full answer...
