Recommended Anti-Sway Bars And Suspension Enhancement For A 2022 Ford F-350
Question:
I have an 2022 f350 4x4 with a 3.5body lift. We have helper springs in the back to level out the truck. The truck has a camper package and tow package. I have an alaskan 8.5 camper on it that weighs with all are stuff included two about 3,00 lbs. We go on off road adventures and we have a lot of swaying back in forth on all the rock hopping etc. I want to stiffen it up as best as I can for this. I am looking at the 1-1/2inch thick sway bars for front and back but dont know which ones to get with the body lift. Can you recommend the right ones for my truck? And anything else I might add for the leaf springs ?

Hey John,
Since body lifts only move the body away from the frame and don't change the distance between the frame and suspension the lift should be irrelevant to fitment in your case. For anti-sway bars I recommend the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-180 and Rear # RM93VR. For the # RM93VR to fit you'll need the forward leaf spring bump pads, on either side, to be bolted to the frame and not riveted. For DRW models you'll want the # RM-1139-193 instead of the # RM93VR.
As for additional suspension support, I recommend going with a RoadActive Suspension Enhancement Kit. These sit on the leaf spring stack, making them compatible with certain other enhancements and provide load leveling support without negatively affecting your unloaded ride quality. If your F-350 has top overload springs then you'll need part # RAS3611-SLHD. If you don't have top overload springs you'll want part # RAS3611-SHD instead.
