To ease the installation of your spring bars you'll just want to couple up to the trailer, lock the coupler, and then use the tongue jack to lift the trailer back up and take the load off of the truck's suspension. Push it high enough and the spring bars will likely go on by hand, without even having to use the lift tool.

Since you can't use a weight distribution hitch and don't want to drill through the aluminum frame I recommend attaching the Curt True Course Advanced Bluetooth Trailer Sway Control # C94VV to a board and using some U-bolts to clamp the board to the frame.
