The Curt TruTrack 4P Trailer Mounted Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control item # C74RV will work great with your 7,000 lbs trailer so long as it's loaded. You'll feel a pretty stiff ride if you're driving it around empty with the system connected.
I looked online and didn't see anything in your 2022 Ford Expedition's owner's manual that limits the use of a weight distribution system either.
